Terms and Conditions

Payment Schedule:

50% due on or before the first day of installation.

25% due upon completion of cabinet installation.

Final 25% due when returning for appliance panels, filler pieces, and handle installation.

If any doors need to be changed after installation, the client may withhold up to $100 per door until replacement is completed.

Additional Terms:

1. Appliances are not included unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Kitchen accessories such as inserts, organizers, or specialty gadgets are not included unless otherwise specified.

3. Range hoods are not included unless specifically stated.

4. Cabinet Doors: Adjustments are included. If more than five (5) doors need to be replaced, additional charges will apply.

5. Ceiling Variance: If cabinets are being installed up to the ceiling and the ceiling is uneven or not level, additional labor or filler work will incur extra charges.

6. Oversized Sink Modification: If the sink is larger than the cabinet and modification is required, there will be an additional charge.

7. Inspection Period: Installations must be inspected by the client within three (3) days of completion. Any issues reported after this period will not be the responsibility of Align Installation

8. Scope of Work: Our estimates cover cabinet installation only. Any work beyond cabinetry (including plumbing, electrical, flooring, or countertop adjustments) must be discussed and agreed upon separately.

9. Uneven Floors: If the floor has a variance greater than one inch, additional labor charges will apply.

10. Concrete Walls: Installation on or through concrete walls will incur additional charges due to required tools and labor.

11. Post-Installation Covering: If you would like your kitchen to be covered or protected after installation, this service is available for an additional charge.

12. Hidden Utility Lines: We are not responsible for any damage caused if a standard screw used during cabinet installation hits a hidden gas or water line behind the wall. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to disclose any known piping or utility placements prior to installation.
